IBB Andersia Hotel - 1st place in the category Tophotel Service 2009

On the 5th of November 2009 in the Warsaw restaurant Boathouse took place the grave gala of Tophotel 2009 awards. These prizes are awarded by Netmedia SA to the best hotel complexes in Poland. Hotel guests could vote via reservation portal Hotele.pl for the best, in their opinion, hotel in country.

1st place in the category Tophotel Service 2009 won IBB Andersia Hotel located in Poznań, beating the competition of Sheraton Warsaw Hotel and Qubus Hotel Kielce. „This award is the biggest dream of my career, as hotel business is based on service, not a marble stairs, crystal mirrors or golden knobs, but the service.” – says Marcin Woźniak, Director of IBB Andersia Hotel. And he admits: „IBB Andersia Hotel is a hotel of high standards, that is why we make our best to keep the service on the same level. Very important for us is a personal attitude to every Guest, will to understand them and make feel naturally and comfortably.”

IBB Andersia Hotel was also nominated in the category Tophotel Business 2009.
